No woman should be satisfied earning less than a man for doing the same work. Sorry, that just doesn't fly. The system has been rigged by men for centuries to horde and protect their dominance, wealth, power, and control. The fact that we are still debating and fighting for equality just goes to show how embedded that power is and the clinging to the "mine!!!!!" mentality.

I want a different world for my daughter and all women...for everyone. The hard work and achievement of all women cannot be denied, because they have to prove themselves a thousand times over to become successful in a man's world.

The line "I AM SATISFIED" refers to self-worth, and self-worth alone. No woman should be satisfied until there is a fair and level playing field. Where merit and recognition and compensation is based on performance, skill, and value...no gender.

Things are starting to change...the power dynamic will flip one day, and the clingers to an antiquated system of oppression better watch out. Evolve, or get out of the way.
