"I don't know if I'm coming or going"
My interpretation of a Giacometti inspired sculpture.
I have lovingly made this one off sculpture in my studio in Nottinghamshire. Although the sculpture looks like a bronze it is in fact sculpted entirely by hand. No moulds are used. She is made from a fabric hardening resin and a combination of clay and stone type mediums - giving a hard wearing durability to the piece.
For me - she makes me smile - with her peculiar physical shape and her oversized feet. If you look - you will see her feet are in opposite directions - very quirky! I love her and I hope you do too.
