Artwork description:

This linocut print shows a view from Saltburn pier of a big rolling wave in front of Huntcliff on the North East coast of England. There are a number of different editions of this print with various colourways and blocks used; Huntcliff Wave III is a single layer linocut print with one block printed in a gradient to create the final image.

These linocut prints are handmade from start to finish - the lino block is carved, inked and then each print is pulled away from the block - as such they will have small variations making each print into a unique artwork.

These are large prints so will be sent packaged in tissue and a tube via Royal Mail delivery.

Materials used:

Zerkall extra smooth printing paper, 145gsm or UNICA Fabriano 250gsm paper. Lawrence linseed oil ink.
