Artwork description:

This print shows a sandy view looking east towards Huntcliff, a vertical sea cliff on the NE coast of England standing approximately 365ft above sea level.

It's an original reduction linocut print, using just one block of lino and a process of carving away the lino between each layer of colour to produce the final image.

It is a limited variable print from an edition of 10, using Clairefontaine Japanese Simili Printmaking Paper, 130 gsm and Lawrence oil relief printing inks. The image size is 31cm x 60cm with a generous margin to allow for framing.

My linocuts are handmade from start to finish - hand carved, inked and handprinted, and as such they will have small variations between prints - making each print into a unique artwork.
