A view that draws me in, perfect symmetry, Georgian, neat, grounded in England, home and familiar. There is a comfort in streets that never change, that retain their shape and texture throughout our lives. This work depicts a quiet street in Hull, basking in secrecy and shadow.
The work is rich in colour and detail and makes a perfect souvenir of Hull.

Texture has been added to create extra depth. The canvas is 0.5 inches deep and can therefore hang without a frame if wished.
