Original artwork description:

This is a diptych. Each painting size is 51*40,5 cm. Both paintings together are 51*81 cm.

The legend says that to become a mermaid one needs to jump from a cliff to the raging ocean during a full moon. This legend inspired this diptych. One painting shows “before” the moment, the second one “after”. But the exact moment will be always hidden from us and will always remain a secret.
