Original artwork description:
To create this artwork I used a photograph from the 1940s, a young girl benath a cherry tree in blossom and made it into a paper collage on MDF-board.
The work is ready to hang.
The photograph is a photocopy on yellowish Ingres paper. I also used silk paper, ink, acrylic, watercolour sticks and graphite to finish this work.
This collage is sealed by a silky varnish (Schmincke).
The sides of the MDF-board are integrated in the work and it is signed on the back.
40 x 30 x 3 cm /15.7 x 11.8 x 1.2 in
The weight of the artwork is 2,6 kg/5.73 pounds.
