Watercolor 22 W x 30 H inches ( 57x76 cm) Hôtel de Ville.- Depicts a view through Roue de Rivoli, a classic Parisian city scene of the 4th arrondissement; on the background the Paris City Hall (Hôtel de Ville) with his French Reinassance style ( rebuilt in 1870s ). The street shows all the features of a classic Paris cityscape with its frantic and crowded streest and hurry people around it. This Artwork piece was made in studio, dated and signed on front and on back side 2021: made on Saunders Waterford 300 gsm watercolor paper with deckle edges and white border.

The Painting will come signed, dated and accompained by a Certificate of Authenticity.

The cost of Shipping is inclusive of all the expenses and Gallery Percentage (All my shipments are marked 'Delivery Duty Paid' and I am solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees) being so high I decided to compensate in favor of the collector, with cutting down the artwork price.
