Original artwork description:

'Hosta and Old Watering Can.' My own small garden provides me with lots of inspiration for my paintings. This summer, I decided to dig a couple of old galvanised watering cans out of the shed and make use of them. I happened to leave one standing around and noticed how it's rusty hues complemented the old brick wall and terracotta pots. I set my easel up in a shady corner to capture this accidental arrangement.
This painting is an oil on linen and is ready to hang as it comes with a hanger on the reverse but is unframed.
It measures 50.5cm x 40.5cm approx.
