Original artwork description:

A gestural piece painted in bright and liberal colours reminiscent of the freedom expressed in the movement. I simply loved every minute of this painting and I hope that this shows. I worked from a simple sketch of a few lines and forms to build a structure as the base and from that I started building colour, I have kept this piece very light and weightless in terms of colour and layers. I feel this emphasises the feeling of movement and speed. The shape of the horses profile is created with the use of shadow across one side, highlighting the horses beautiful form.

This is painted on 100% cotton Roy du Moulin paper and will be shipped flat.
