This painting is part of my "Shimmering Sea" Series about sparkling light reflections in paintings. You find scenes like this after heavy rain, when the sun breaks through or in the morning after a rainy night. The colors in this painting change like the light changes in nature, due to blue and gold metallic pigments used on water and in the sky. You can see the different colors in the different photos. The more it is hit by light, the more it will sparkle, just like nature does when the sun comes out. The light, in my paintings, is always a symbol of hope, future, new chances, a new day coming, new promises and all that is needed to heal and keep going!

As the colors are difficult to catch and show differently on the different monitors I have tried to show you different angles of the work in my photos. Be sure this painting has some own character and will surprise you from time to time!

24x30x2 cm on canvas. Signed on the back. Ready to hang with hook.
Sparkling when hit by light because of the metallic blue color.

Ask me for a price reduction if you want the painting unframed!
