Based on lyric by Smino from the song "Shadow Man" by Noname featuring Saba and Phoelix as well.
To put it plainly, this work focuses on the influences of our actions that extends past our deaths. It's a reference to a belief in ancient Egyptian Afterlife of the deceased having to complete a trial where their heart is weighted against a feather, judging the actions you took in the world of the living.
