This series of images show yellow construction foam shaped like childlike houses, drawn on the remaining concrete walls. This product, usually used for insulation and fire retardation, becomes like a fossil of past homes and history; visible only until the next construction goes up, it captures a moment in time when past present and future intermesh. I made this work at a time when I was revisiting my own homes to try and uncover fossilized childhood feelings.
