Artwork description:

An image created for an international print exchange, this linocut depicts a part of the living room in our 1842 farmhouse, with thick stone walls and deep windowsills, wide pine plank floors, a very efficient wood stove, an old English Winsdor chair topped with a hand hooked cushion in a traditional design, and a Colonial style braided rag rug. This is a cosy retreat, surrounded by woods and close to the banks of a 19th century canal and it is very much "home".
