When I saw Francis Bacon's portraits in real life,
these images would not leave me, occupying all of my thoughts.
I felt I had to create this work, as a homage to Bacon.
This sculpture is vibrant but dark, with many layers of finery.
A relic of a time past, but also, a time to come.
" Homage to Francis Bacon " has taken many years to complete
and is part of my series, “ Headz Collective “.
It is mixed media and sits on an oak base.
Dimensions ----- 54 Inches Height x 30 Inches Wide x 10 Inches Deep
