Artwork description:

The piece was inspired by a photo of a real cow I met in a holy town called Gokhana (sanskrit for cow's ear) in Karnataka.
This is a hand pulled Screen print created in my studio making each edition very small and each piece slightly unique.
There are over 15 processes used to create this print. (ie, the screen was pulled 15 times in the making) many of them involving small pieces of tissue paper to create the multi coloured shapes.

Materials used:

15 layer screenprint on fabriano cotton mix paper
