HMS Gannet is one of three historic warships currently open to the public at the Chatham Historic Dockyard in Kent. Commissioned in 1878, she’s over 145 years old but still a real beauty. This painting is the first in a series of artworks inspired by Chatham Dockyard.

This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is sold unframed but has been fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting measures 16 x 24 inches (40 x 60 cm).

All paintings are professionally wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are shipped with tracking and insurance.
