"high time(s)" is an ode to feeling light and carefree. The subtle colors in pink, violet and more earthy tones provide their own airiness, while the way the motive was applied - layer by layer by layer - gives a three-dimensional impression. Accentuated by gold elements and set in a spraypainted wooden (handmade) floating frame, "high time(s)" comes to life.
"high time(s)" belongs to an ongoing series called "another kind of happy". This series is all about the small wonders and moments of contentment, in contrast to the more obvious outbursts of joy. It is about quietly smiling to oneself and knowing that this present moment is just perfect.
***PLEASE NOTE***
This artwork can be shipped rolled in a tube, including the stretcher bars, BUT WITHOUT the frame. You will then need to take it to a local framer to have it stretched. Usually this option is more economical, i.e. a bit cheaper, than sending it stretched.
