I paint freedom. I paint wildness. I paint joy.

Some people love to travel, to go on epic journeys, quests, pilgrimages. They travel to find themselves. They travel to lose themselves.

I do the same, with paint and brush and canvas. I paint to find myself. I paint to lose myself.

My canvas is a portal into another world. In my work I get to experience adventure, ambiguity, chaos, spontaneity, and rule breaking, with no consequences. I get to escape the Grownup World, and play. Nothing is planned, there are no inevitables or preconceptions. The boundaries are fluid, and the possibilities endless.
