Artwork description:

Hertford Bridge (Bridge of Sighs) OXFORD is a hand made, limited edition, original linocut print.
It was produced in 2020 by the reduction method whereby a block of lino is carved, inked and printed in stages, to allow a picture to be built up of layers of colours. Once the final layer is carved and printed the lino block is no longer useable and no more prints can be made.
It comes from a small edition of 15 prints.
Hand signed, titled and numbered by the artist.
Sold unframed.

Please note: this is a handmade item.
All the prints in the edition are carved and printed at the same time, using exactly the same inks, but these are subject to variations such as temperature, pressure and application. So although superficially identical, they will each have small variations in the inking, making each completely unique.

Packaging
This print will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and secured in a moisture proof cello bag. It will then be protected by two strong pieces of cardboard (I try and use recycled cardboard packaging whenever I can).
