Original artwork description:

Artwork that represents the portrait of Hermann Hesse, executed entirely in pencil and charcoal in a contemporary figurative style, inspired by my admiration for the famous writer, novelist, poet and painter. In his creations he dealt with themes inherent in friendship, travel, love, death, psychoanalysis and wandering: the portrait that I have developed takes him in a moment of meditation, while holding in his hands one of his many literary works.
