Isolation zeigt unterschiedliche Menschen, die kaum Luft zum Atmen haben, eingesperrt sind. Nackt, den Blicken des Betrachters ausgesetzt und komplett auf sich gestellt. Kaum zur Bewegung fähig, in der Bewegung erstarrt können Sie nur eines tun: Abwarten. Es sind Gemälde über
Einsamkeit.

Serie: Isolation

Painted in Coronavirus Lockdown. The series:
Isolation shows different people who have hardly any air to breathe, who are locked up. Naked, exposed to the gaze of the viewer and completely on their own. Hardly capable of movement, frozen in motion, there is only one thing you can do: Wait and see. There are paintings about Loneliness.
This series of people huddled together, touching the walls and inactivity squeezed, came to my mind immediately. Persisting, partly in humility, partly in rebellion - that was the resonance of the people I met after the lockdown.
