Artwork description:

The lithograph ‘Journey orange to red' is an abstract image expressing movement and vibrancy. The shapes and lines take you through to the image like a map guides through a landscape.
'Journey' invites you to let your eyes travel and find your own personal narrative in the image.

Each of the 6 prints in this series is of a different colour, moving from orange to red.
The image showing here is print number 4 of 6.
'Journey’ was developed from an etching I had made into a lithography print using a photo litho plate.

Each print is an original impression taken from the inked up lithography plate, hand printed by me on a lithography off-set press, printed on acid free fine art paper at the University of Brighton’s fine art printmaking department. The image size is 30cm x 40cm with a paper margin of 8cm all around.
