Original artwork description:

Looking towards Rhum and Eigg from Arisaig. This is a view I will never tire of and one which I am happy to paint again and again because it looks different each time I see it - different weather, different time of year and of course different light. This time I used knives rather than brushes for a looser effect which suits this wild coast. This view is painted on a deep edge quality canvas with the composition continued on the edges to allow hanging without framing if so desired.

Materials used:

Paint and palette knife
