Deep turquoise and navy blue minimalist artwork made on the amazing Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides.

Mesmerising teal blue and navy colour field inspired work. This was made as a single image in camera using subtle movements of the camera to smooth out all features other than the sea and the sky. Made on Scarista Beach on the remote Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides on a late September evening when the sky had darkened on the horizon.

This is one of those images that I could look at forever and not get tired or really ever understand it, it seems to have endless depth and mystery. I love the fabulous mineral colours of these ancient islands.

This piece is printed on premium Canson Aquarelle paper, renowned for its exceptional quality. The paper's delicate watercolour texture and bright white surface enhance the vibrancy and detail of the artwork, resulting in a truly stunning print. The image is produced at a size of 20 x 20 inches, accompanied by a 2-inch white border. The border will feature the signature, edition number, and title, elegantly positioned just below the image.
