"To those for whom this painting is intended, there is no need to explain the concept of Heaven's Gate. Despite the fact that each of us interprets it and imagines it in our own way...
In this painting, I tried to express my view of Heaven's Gate as clearly as possible. We enter it with empty hands, freed from all earthly things, with humility and awe, with inner harmony. The heads protruding from the inside express the idea that they are already expecting us and our loved ones who are already in Heaven are looking forward to our arrival. The red flaming crown of the trees symbolizes the unquenchable flame of eternal life that awaits us.
When entering the Heaven's Gate, angels welcome us with music, which at the same time celebrate our arrival.
Maybe one day it will happen to us too...".
