Original artwork description:

When the lupines bloom, it feels like the landscape (Mother Earth?) has put on her finest dress and is celebrating the end of Winter. It is inescapably joyous. The more that you look at the meadows of lupines - or any meadow, for that matter - the more color and life that you see. The lupines are all sorts of colors, from deep blue to pink. This year I even saw some yellow ones. Yellow? Who knew? But, this meadow has mostly blues and it is stunning. It is one of my favorite places to go and paint in Spring.

This is on a gallery wrapped canvas and the edges are painted dark grey. There is a wire on the back, so it is ready to hang!
