Steppe landscape.
The steppe in the painting is at once a series of associations and memories. It is boundless freedom, a feeling of spaciousness, a flight of the soul. Green, blooming, autumnal, covered with dew and dissolving under the hot rays of the sun — the steppes in the paintings, despite the commonality of the plot, are individual and unique.
