This original piece is mixed media on stretched canvas. This has many recycled elements, from old fabric (worn out clothing), hand painted paper pieces to anything that I thought had an interesting texture. This is very very textured. It has been painted and then sealed with a very high gloss varnish for a beautiful shine that just brings out the beautiful textures even more. I just can't capture the beautiful glossy finish in these pictures. The sides have been painted black and It has been finished with varnish to provide UV and dust protection. It comes to you ready to hang right out of the package. No frame needed.
