Is there any sight more joyful than a field full of bright yellow sunflowers, heads turning into the sun? I hope this painting captures that joy!

I chose a slightly unusual format to show a slice of the landscape, and focus in on the true stars of the scene. The painting measures 22" x 10" (55.5cm x 25.5cm) and is painted in artist's quality watercolours on thick 100% cotton watercolour paper.

To keep costs down, and to allow you to choose your own style of frame and mount to suit your home, I sell my work without frames or mounts. The painting will be posted rolled, wrapped in cellophane for protection and placed in a strong cardboard tube. On receipt the artwork should be unwrapped and allowed to unfurl slightly before flattening - handle the painting by the edges only, and flatten between clean towels under something heavy for 24 hours.
