Original artwork description:

Part of the moonlight series where I explore female emotional landscapes. Every full moon I create a new painting in response to the current situation. This one was inspired by swallows nesting in my neighbourhood. They were building their nests while I was building my new creative space during the lockdown. I incorporated some of their feathers to add to the surface of the artwork. The edges of the painting are painted over making it ready to hang without the frame.
