Original oil painting.
A meadow with bales of hay, in Tennessee not too far from Nashville. Just outside of a small town whose name I can never remember. One of two paintings that I made, en plein aire, on a particularly hot day in August, 2015. This is the afternoon painting - a lot of sweat went into it and a bit of a sunburn :-)
The high grass had a definite red cast to it, which I thought was unusual.
Oil painting, signed, and coated with a light coat of varnish. The painting is 8 x 10 inches on canvas, stretched on wooden stretchers. I'm selling this one unframed.
