A view of a the beach and pier at Hastings in East Sussex. Painted "contre jour" - against the light, with the palette knife in subtle impasto colour - capturing the heat of a summer day. Painted on a canvas board that measures 24 X 30 cm.
I have exhibited at The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, with Avery Contemporary Art, at The Society Of Graphic Fine Art, and in many other galleries and exhibitions in London and the South East of England. Two of my Paintings are featured in "Oil Painting Workshop" published by Dorling Kindersley.
