One in a series of paintings I've been working on from my sketches of views from a train. I've worked on quick sketches in charcoal from the train and taken these back to the studio and worked on large canvases. I love the winding waterways that weave through the landscape. I've worked in mixed media finishing with oils. The edges are painted with Paynes grey and it is ready to hang.
