This artwork is inspired by the beauty of the stormy sea at sunset, its translucent waves crashing against the shore, creating a delicate salty spray.

To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to impressionistic impasto.

This painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me.
