To my great delight, this painting took part in the international competition "Ukrainian Mythical Creatures," which was curated by the Ukrainian National Museum of Folk Art in May-July 2023.
The painting is a stunning representation of Ukrainian folklore, bringing to life the mythical creature known as a Destiny. In the center of the piece stands a beautiful young girl, the embodiment of the fortune, dressed in an embroidered dress and holding the golden thread of fate in her delicate hands. The girl's face is serene, almost otherworldly in its beauty, as if she possesses some profound knowledge of the universe.

Surrounding her is a breathtaking garden of lush flowers, whose blossoms are so vividly captured that it feels as though they could be plucked from the canvas. Golden veins run through the petals, a visual reminder of the joy and prosperity that can come from accepting one's destiny.
