In this painting, I'm using a cool palette of colours over a background of red and yellow. Hanging rock is a mysterious place and the rocks are beautifully unreal, and I hope this painting expresses the strangeness of it. The wind is a feature in my work and it swirls beautifully against the stoic rocks.
