Original artwork description:

I live near Hampton Court and one evening the sun was setting casting amazing shadows. The setting sun brought out the terracotta red of the building and the shadows were purples and oranges.I quickly took photos and very quick sketches to remind me of the colours and when I got back home I started the real thing. It took me quite along time as there was a lot of detail. This is painted on a box canvas and is ready to hang as the sides are painted as well. This is the smaller painting as I have painted a larger one as a rectangle shape but it lent itself to this square format. LESS
