In this particular case we wonder if there was a Onmyoji witch with her Kitsune shadow, strolling through the Land of Dreams and Spirits. The haiku by Yosa Buson, written on the pink scroll, roughly translates as: "Aren't those foxes playing in the daffodils there? Moonlit night."
