The palette used in these 2 paintings was inspired by a hand scroll called ‘Auspicious Cranes’ by the Emperor Huizong (1082-1135) who was renowned for his realistic observations and poetic ideals.
This painting is mounted and framed in a custom made wooden frame and has non-reflective art glass.
