Artwork description:

This is a portrait of Guy Garvey

My good friend Sam Toolsie took this photo of Guy at a small concert in Leeds at Brudenell Social Club and has kindly given me permission to produce a Lino print from her Photo.

This is a limited edition of 5 in Yellow Ochre and Black, and 5 availble in Blue and Black

I have seen Elbow twice and they are a superb live band with a large number of well known tunes. I think Guy's voice is quintessentialy the sound of england

I wanted to try to capture the essense of the live performance

Materials used:

Cartridge paper with water based inks
