Original artwork description:

As an architect, I am often inspired by the world's great buildings. In this case, the famous Guggenheim Museum in New York. My intention here is to just use the major shape of the building for this abstract work. Liberated from detail, the painting allows the viewer to interpret his/her own expression of this great work of architecture.

GUGGENHEIM is a one-of-a-kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint. I only sell original work so there will only be one original and no authorized copies will ever be made. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

This painting will be shipped in a tube. The artwork is very easy to mount on any type of board: plywood, masonite, foamboard, etc. I include simple mounting instructions with each piece that I sell and also I include mounting tape, a hanging strip and a drywall hanging device. Everything that you need to mount your painting except the board.

If you prefer, I will mount the artwork on ½ inch thick foam board with a two or three inch border. It will be “ready to hang”, with a hanging strip attached to the back and a wall hanging device that is very simple to use. It will be shipped in a cardboard box. You may take it out of the box and have it hanging on your wall within five minutes. The extra charge is $50.00 for mounting and packaging plus the additional shipping costs,if any. Message me through this site and I will calculate the total costs for mounting and shipping.
