Angerson captures the essence of a fading industry that is teetering on the brink of extinction. Grundarfjörður, is a coastal town cradled within Iceland's Snæfellsnes Peninsula. The town's profound ties to the fishing trade are woven into its historical fabric and collective identity. For generations, Grundarfjörður has depended on the sea as the backbone of its economy, a heritage that finds annual celebration in its vibrant fishing festivals.
