Artwork description:
Grid is an etching with hand colouring which was exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition some years ago. The original edition of 50 sold out at the show but I have two artists proofs available.
The etching is based on a pencil drawing of a tonal grid, overlaid with silhouetted leaves and coloured by hand with watercolour. The print is made on Somerset printmaking paper using oil based printing inks and watercolour.
The print size is 15 x 15cm and comes mounted in a high quality smooth white mount and backboard ready to fit into a standard 12" x 12"
Frame mock up is for illustration purposes only.
Due to the nature of the process there may be slight variations between prints within the edition. As with all works of art, care should be taken to display away from direct sunlight and excess humidity.
