Original artwork description:

My artwork captures the essence of Balboa Island in Newport, CA, painted en plein air. It depicts a partly sunny day nestled between periods of rain and chill. I felt fortunate to experience such splendid weather amidst the changing conditions. As I painted, pedestrians strolled past, and just as I was finishing up, the owner of the blue boat appeared, perfectly timed. This delightful encounter only added to the charm of the day. I look forward to returning, as there is still an abundance to discover and capture on canvas.
