Probably inspired by Gerhard Richter having seen his cage paintings at Tate Modern, London, 'Greenwood' is an Abstract painting made in March 2013 reminding us of the greenwood (forest) and it's cool, shady greenness. And with that maybe also an unconscious distant feeling that harks back to our ancestors.
