Original artwork description:

When I arrived in Southeast Turkey, I was struck by the beauty of this land. One day, while strolling through the local markets, I saw an old man selling fresh green pea pods. I bought a few pods and decided to use them in my next piece.

For the background of this study, I chose a rich red color that symbolizes the brightness and energy of this land. I used a realistic painting technique to convey all the details of the pea pod, its shape, color, and texture. I wanted the viewer to feel the aroma of fresh pea pod.

Working on this motif, I felt closer to this land, closer to its nature and its inhabitants. I try to convey all the beauty and richness of this place through my work.
