Green in orchard, 2022.
This watercolour of orchard has a warm tone of green and yellow, not visible on the photograph due to light exposure and limitations of the computer screen.
Orchards always feel like home. Their familiar shapes and airy feel evoke fond memories of places I spent a lot of time at, in good spirits with friends, places like Banks of Danube by Grocka, with its rolling hills filled with apple, apricot and peach trees and vinyards, or my grandfathers' apple trees in Homolje mountains in Eastern Serbia.
Artwork is made with Dr. Ph. Martin's watercolour inks on a rough textured Hahnemuhle Cornwall watercolour paper, 450g/m2 / 210lbs
Artwork is dispatched unframed
