This gal is a throwback to my figurative work of a few years ago…. Seated, Rounded, and red headed, looking straight at the viewer who is meant to discern her thoughts. I love the way the flowers create borders around either side of her. I’ve used white pencil and graphite along the way on this piece, and I’ve intentionally left much of the pencil, visible. This canvas is painted around the edges so it can be hung, unframed..
