In my work, I've swirled vibrant oil hues in an abstract dance that captures the vivacity and whispers of tales untold. Futuristic twists blend with a naive spirit, tapping into a primal, intuitive energy. My strokes weave a tapestry of interconnected emotions, a celebration of color meant to animate and uplift any space it inhabits.
Most of the works written by Marina in the style of expressionism, which is based on the impression expressed by the painter paints on the canvas. The world is constantly changing and unique moments need to be fixed quickly. Perhaps because of this, in the works of Marina is the fraction of the expression. They are easily and freely written , as if a single inhale and exhale.
I want to tell you the story of this work. At the age of 5, when my daughter started painting in oils, I did a little painting after her. And so everything went through an internal coup in my head, I "fell into childhood" as they say, or rather, it was always with me, but not on the canvas, but then it dawned on me that these my heroes in my head could be on canvas. And then it began, it was impossible to stop me, I painted and painted.
And it's all reminiscent of Australian ethno.
